During your consultation, you will learn more about the locking journey and what to expect. Your hair will be assessed during this time. During your consultation, you will have the opportunity to lock in your establishment dates. Your consultation fee will be deducted from the overall cost of your service.
Cancellations: Things happen; things that make a mess of your schedule. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is required. If this notice is not given, you will be charged $15, due at your next appointment or prior. You will be charged $25 at your next appointment if there is a no call no-show. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to the "Give and Take" policy, you will be charged $15, due at your next appointment or prior. It's not just your responsibility; it's mine too. In the unfortunate event that I need to reschedule your appointment, and if 24 hours notice is not give to you, you will be given a $15 discount on your hair service or $20 for a no call no-show. Give and Take (Tardiness): I understand that sometimes there is traffic, or buses are running late, or you couldn't find your house keys. You will be granted a 15 minute grace period. However, if 15 minutes has elapsed after your scheduled appointment time, you may need to reschedule your appointment. In the event that I have time to honor your appointment, even if you are up to 20 minutes late, the late arrival fee schedule takes effect: 5-10 minutes late: $10 charge 11-20 minutes late: $15 charge These fees are due at your next appointment or at the time of your appointment. Same goes for me. If I'm running late, and you are kept waiting longer than the 15 minutes grace period, the following discounts take effect: 5-10 minutes late: $10 discount 11-20 minutes late: $15 discount
